• Account information — name and email address when an organizer creates an account.
• Contributor contact details — the email addresses and/or mobile phone numbers that an organizer enters to invite people to submit a video clip for their event.
• Content — the video clips, event names, titles, and messages that organizers and contributors provide.
• Usage and device data — basic technical information (such as browser type and log data) used to operate and secure the Service.
• Payment information — payments are processed by our payment provider (Square). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

SMS / text messaging

If SMS invitations are used, an organizer enters a contributor’s mobile number to send a one-time text invitation with a link to submit a clip, and optional deadline reminder texts, for a specific event that the contributor was personally invited to. Organizers confirm they have the contributor’s permission before adding a number.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages described above.

• Message frequency varies by event — typically one invitation plus up to a few reminder messages per event.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help.

How we use information

• To provide the Service — collecting clips, compiling videos, and delivering invitations and reminders.
• To communicate with you about your account, events, and support requests.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, video rendering, email/SMS delivery, and payment processing), and only as needed to perform those services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users. As stated above, we never sell or share mobile opt-in data for third-party marketing.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your choices

• Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP; opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
